Complete structural rebuild of a 12-storey residential apartment complex in Surry Hills following severe storm damage. Scope included demolition of compromised levels 8-12, full structural re-engineering, new concrete pour, facade replacement, internal fitout of 48 apartments, and upgraded stormwater management systems. Project delivered 2 weeks ahead of schedule with zero safety incidents across 14 months of active construction.
